At Alloa Academy we aim to provide you with the best service we possibly can. If however we make a mistake, please contact us to tell us straightaway and give us the chance to put it right.

Contact us directly and tell us as much as you can about the complaint, what has gone wrong and what you want us to do to resolve the matter. A senior member of staff, either the head teacher or a depute head, will be responsible for looking into your complaint.
